Each year the Brothers invite a number of young men aged 20-35 to live in Community with them, while continuing their work or study, to intentionally discern their vocations and grow in knowledge and fervour of faith. The Community experience is developed over a 9-month period (September to May) and involves experiences of prayer (Mass, the Liturgy of the Hours, Eucharistic Adoration, Rosary), living in community, spiritual accompaniment, input, and voluntary ministry.
